Important Notice for Maltese Hoteliers
Hotels, in Malta and Gozo, that are interested to take part in the FIT scheme, as announced last week by Hon Minister for Tourism and Consumer Protection, and would like to receive more technical information, needs to register on the link below or email on fitscheme@visitmalta.com.
Free Independent Travellers (FIT) Scheme
Registering servers only as an ‘Expression of Interest’, but not a commitment to participate in the scheme at this point.
Next week, Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) in collaboration with Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association (MHRA), will be organising a number of webinar information sessions, to explain and clarify how the scheme is going to operate and answer any questions by the participants.
It is very important to note that MTA will be sending the webinar link ONLY to those who have registered their expression of interest through the link above or by email. All those who have already registered their interest, do not need to register again.
The Webinars sessions related to the FIT Scheme will be held as follows:
- 5* hotels – Monday 19th April at 17:00hrs
- 4* hotels – Tuesday 20th April at 14:00hrs
- 3* Hotels – Tuesday 20th April at 18:00hrs
